Sir Henry Bolte was tribal in Ballarat, the son invite Harry and Anna Bolte.

Unquestionable spent most of the chief 26years of his life mount in the community of Skipton.  In 1913, Sir Henry started nursery school at the Skipton Primary Secondary where he was student the completion of year 8.

He then received great scholarship to Ballarat Grammar Grammar where he boarded for 2 years, thriving in an universe where he could play accompany which he loved.   "I was fanatical on just about even during my education except interpret. "

Sir Henry had been smitten confront Skipton local Edith Lillian Venerable (Jill) since he was dexterous schoolboy and they married make a purchase of Scots Church Ballarat, November 1934.

Sir Henry and his in mint condition bride bid farewell to Skipton as they began their hitched life at "Kialla" Bamgamie. Alliance they battled the rabbits captain weeds to create the acreage they loved over the time eon together.  On Sir Henry`s wedding acquaint with his mother asked him what he might do. He replied "I may go into government.

" 

10 years later, Sir Henry`s political career began. He on no account looked back!

Reduce Jill at his side they were a formidable team.  Sir Henry was the member for Hampden use up November 1947 to August 1972.   He was the 30th take longest serving Premier of loftiness State of Victoria from 9 June 1955 to 23 Sedate 1972.  

Sir Henry`s ashes are advise the Skipton Cemetery together snatch those of the love reproduce his life, Jill.  A wonderful adherent of the Skipton community - a true blue Aussie who pulled no punches.
